Vickie L. Barclay is an ordained minister of the gospel and Bible teacher with a unique and down-to-earth ministry to the Body (especially to women), with a special gift from Heaven to encourage ministers’ wives and insightful wisdom for married women about “the anointing to wife.” Vickie has successfully served in ministry alongside her husband, Mark T. Barclay, for over 35 years. Together they have raised two children “under the pews,” who now also serve in full-time ministry with them––and with great joy.
